Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our Products, we are not able to accept returns. Please read Product Descriptions carefully and consult with your veterinarian to ensure that the Products you purchase are a good fit for your pet's needs. If you receive a damaged or defective Product, or if your pet experiences an allergic reaction after your use of our Products, please email us at customercare@pawerlab.com to discuss a possible refund or exchange. We do our best to monitor comments and messages on our social media profiles, but sometimes comments and messages on social media can go unseen.

To initiate a refund or exchange, email us within 30 days from when you receive your order with a photo of the defect or damage, if applicable. The shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded. If there are concerns that our Product has caused an allergic reaction, we may request photos, a statement from your veterinarian, or other supporting documents to help us ascertain the cause and improve our Product. We'll send you an email if your refund or exchange has been accepted and let you know if a replacement Product is on its way. If your return or exchange is accepted, we may ask you to ship the Product back to us, in which case, we will provide a shipping label. If we request a return of the Product, you have 7 days to return the Product in its original condition, in its original packaging, along with the receipt or other proof of purchase. Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 10 business days for us to process it and send your replacement Product or issue a refund to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if, in our sole discretion, we determine that a Product has been damaged after its arrival or that the allergic reaction your pet is experiencing is not connected to our Products. We monitor exchanged Products to identify potential misuse or abuse of our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
