Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $39. Flat-rate shipping of $5 on orders under $39.

Orders placed here in our Shop are processed and shipped by us, from Austin, TX.

Processing: We prepare and hand off your order within 2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM CT on a business day usually ship the same or next day.

Delivery: Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days once shipped. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and some rural addresses can take up to 10 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If anything looks stuck, email us at customercare@pawerlab.com and we'll chase it down with the carrier.

If we're aware of a shipping delay — weather, carrier disruption, or an inventory issue — we'll post it on our website and email affected customers directly.

Bought from somewhere else?

We also make our Products available through select third-party retailers. If you ordered from one of them rather than from this Shop, that retailer processes, ships, and handles delivery for your order, and we have no visibility into their timelines or delays. Please contact them directly about the status of your order. We're always happy to help with questions about the Product itself.
